1. Conclusion of a contract

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations accepted by Villa Vegana. The accommodation contract is finalized once rooms or services are booked and confirmed. Both the guest and the person making the reservation are jointly and severally liable for all contractual obligations.

2. Arrival and departure

2.1. Reservation dates are binding for both parties.

2.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, guest rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure. Late check-out requires Villa Vegana's express consent and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Services

Guests will be assigned to specific room categories based on their reservation. Prices are per room, per night, and include VAT.

 

4. Payments

4.1. A 50% deposit is required upon booking for all reserved services.

4.2. Villa Vegana may require advance payment for the full or remaining balance at any time.

4.3. Villa Vegana reserves the right to accept or decline specific credit cards.

 

5. Cancellations

5.1. Cancellations or changes to reservations are subject to the following fees:

•⁠  ⁠Up to 90 days before arrival: no charge

•⁠  ⁠89 to 0 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed service fee

•⁠  ⁠No-shows: 100% of the agreed service fee

5.2. All cancellations must be made in writing.

5.3. The guest may be able to reduce or eliminate cancellation fees by providing proof of lesser damages.

 

6. Liability

6.1. Guests are liable to Villa Vegana for any damages they cause.

6.2. Villa Vegana is not liable to the guest or contractor for performance issues due to strikes or force majeure.

6.3. Villa Vegana's liability to the guest is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

6.4. Villa Vegana is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings stored in the room, except in cases of intent.

 

7. Termination

Villa Vegana reserves the right to terminate the agreement if a guest:

•⁠  ⁠Advertises publicly without Villa Vegana's consent.

•⁠  ⁠Uses the room for unauthorized purposes.

•⁠  ⁠Holds political or ethnic events without prior notification.

•⁠  ⁠Creates a situation that jeopardizes the smooth operation, security, or reputation of the hotel.

Guests are not permitted to use the premises for commercial purposes without written consent.

 

8. Miscellaneous

•⁠  ⁠Pets are allowed at Villa Vegana with prior approval.

•⁠  ⁠These Terms & Conditions supersede any invalid provisions.

•⁠  ⁠In the event of a conflict, the interpretation closest to the intended meaning shall prevail.

•⁠  ⁠The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca.
